1. Overview

This website (the "Site") and associated services (the "Service") are operated by tatNtoo Ltd, trading as flicoon.com, a marketplace platform registered in England & Wales.
Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to tatNtoo Ltd.
By visiting our Site, registering an account, placing bids, or completing transactions, you engage in our "Service" and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or its services.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide truthful and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for account security.
  • You must report unauthorized use or security breaches immediately.

3. Marketplace Service & Auction Mechanics

flicoon.com operates a reverse-auction platform. Sellers list items at a starting price that decreases over time. Buyers can:

  • Purchase instantly at the displayed price (payment must be completed within 60 seconds).
  • Enter token-based bidding if the initial buyer fails to complete payment.

Token-based bidding requires pre-authorized payments. Winning bids are captured automatically.

4. Tokens & Bidding

  • Tokens are purchased on the platform.
  • Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no external monetary value.
  • Tokens can only be used within flicoon.com’s bidding system.

5. Fees & Confidence Guarantee (TCGP)

TCGP Fee Breakdown:

  • Percentage-Based Fee (applies to item price only):
    • Items priced £0 – £5: 6% total (3% buyer / 3% seller)
    • Items priced £5.01 – £15: Dynamic fee from 6% down to 4%, split evenly
    • Items priced over £15: 4% total (2% buyer / 2% seller)
  • Fixed Fee (applies to all transactions):
    • £0.20 fixed fee from buyer
    • £0.20 fixed fee from seller

✅ What TCGP Covers:

  • Secure escrow of funds until delivery is confirmed
  • Buyer protection against non-delivery or misrepresentation
  • Seller protection from false claims or chargebacks
  • Full dispute resolution & mediation support
  • All payment processing fees and infrastructure costs (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

These fees are automatically calculated and deducted at checkout. They are non-refundable, even if the transaction is later canceled by mutual agreement.

TCGP provides protection against fraud, non-delivery, and disputes.

6. User Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  • Provide accurate and honest item descriptions.
  • Ship items promptly.
  • Respond to buyer inquiries.

Buyers must:

  • Complete payments promptly.
  • Provide accurate shipping details.
  • Communicate respectfully and timely with sellers.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Engaging in illegal activities.
  • Selling illegal, counterfeit, or unsafe products.
  • Uploading harmful software or violating IP rights.
  • Harassing or threatening users.

Violations may lead to account termination.

8. Payments & Billing

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. You must provide accurate billing information. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from flicoon.com. Please review their policies before using their services.

10. User Content & Comments

By submitting content, you grant us rights to use and distribute it. We may moderate but are not required to. Content must not infringe rights or be harmful or offensive.

11. Limitation of Liability

flicoon.com is provided "as is". tatNtoo Ltd is not liable for service outages, data loss, or user conduct. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 6 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify tatNtoo Ltd from any claims resulting from your actions, content, or violations of these Terms.

13. Termination & Severability

We may terminate your access at any time for violating our Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by courts in England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised terms.
