1. Flicoon Confidence Guarantee (FCGP)

All purchases on Flicoon include coverage under our Confidence Guarantee (FCGP), protecting buyers against:

  • Non-delivery of purchased items
  • Items significantly not as described or defective upon receipt

2. Return Policy & Legal Rights

Flicoon is a marketplace and not the seller. Return eligibility depends on the seller's status:

  • Business sellers: Buyers have the legal right to cancel and return an item within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with UK law.
  • Private sellers: Returns are only accepted if the item is significantly not as described, faulty, or damaged.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt if the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Requesting a Refund or Replacement

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or significantly not as described, you must first contact the seller via the Flicoon messaging system to try to resolve the issue directly.

If no resolution is reached within a reasonable time, click the “Report a Problem” button in the Order Details page within 48 hours of receiving the item to escalate the case to Flicoon.

You will be asked to explain the issue and upload supporting evidence (e.g. photos or videos). Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions.

4. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition
  • Used, altered, or damaged items may be eligible for partial refunds only
  • Returns are not accepted for: non-returnable listings, intimate/sanitary products, flammable/hazardous items

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If item is significantly not as described or defective, seller must cover return postage
  • Return shipping is non-refundable unless seller is at fault
  • Use tracked mail—we are not liable for lost return parcels
  • Label parcels “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the item
  • Refunds go to the original payment method
  • Email confirmation will be sent once processed

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only provided for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Contact support to request an exchange.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once finalized or shipped
  • If cancelled before dispatch, a 20% restocking fee may apply

9. Invalid Return or Refund Reasons

  • Buyer changed their mind after bidding or purchase
  • Buyer found the item cheaper elsewhere

Bids and purchases on Flicoon are considered binding.

10. Promotional & Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or refund. Promotional or sale items are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the listing.
